Service Description

This beautiful space is perfect for bridal or baby showers, intimate dinner parties, small workshops and more. The studio has a compact prep kitchen, a patio, and backyard with a privacy fence.

Cancellation Policy

For all booked events (aside from photo shoots) the amount paid less 50% of your total rental is non-refundable in the event of complete cancellation. Because dates are typically booked out months in advance, cancelling often leaves us with a loss in booking that we are sometimes unable to fill. This helps alleviate some of that income loss for ‘The Venue’ (though not all) due to client cancellation.
